Hi, I have my main router Ac5300 connected to an AC68u (Ai mesh node)wirelessly. I have another AC68u which I want to add to this network wirelessly. My question is where will the 2nd node attempt to connect- The first AC68U node or the Main router?

Thanks, Sunny

Whats nearer and got stronger signal and/or speed.
But it will change after relocation and other one is stronger there, self healing system takes what it gets.

you cant change it anyhow, will work in automatic mode.

It connects where ever it can, between the nodes or to the 5300.

It will connect to what ever is going to give it the best results. If your looking for it to connect to the 5300, I would place the 5300 in the middle of the home and the nodes outward from it. It would only connect to the 5300 in all likely hood . But that would likely defeat the benefits of the network.

Grisu beta me to it, a few seconds to late. :)
