I want to limit bandwidth on one item. In bandwidth controls do I have to have check the box for Enable in control settings also, or can I just add the new rule in rules list and use the individual ip address for that item and enable it there?
And what speeds would you recommend. Its a guest, and without going into details etc, I want to limit it to the point where he uses his own data on his phone plan.
