I downloaded and ran HomePlug Monitor. I have no idea if the info it provided is good or not though. I'm using the TP-Link TL-PA511KIT. My router is an Asus N66U "Dark Knight". My ethernet cables are CAT 6a.

Opinion: the only results that matter are what you measure at the IP layer - big file transfer for example.
The screen shot... the SNR in dB makes no sense at 1dB. It is really 30+ dB. The received signal level is said to be -58dBm - that's rather weak (more negative is weaker signal). Typ. would be, I think, 20-30dB better.

So I'd not trust that software tool that is showing raw frame burst rates - meaningless vs. the above.
