Explain what? Why Merlin's FW development seem to have stalled?

Asus should be releasing the most recent GPL's shortly (lets hope). Merlin has not posted a commit on Github for 25 days, he deserves a little break

He hasn't posted anything but he's still developing FW. ASUS sent him something unannounced to play with. I do hope ASUS send him recent codes so his FW doesn't trail back 1 official FW.

I haven't pushed to Github in a while because after a few weeks off, I started working with unreleased beta code, which couldn't be compiled for any of the supported routers. That does not mean that my local repo doesn't contain a lot of changes.

Reboot scheduler is on the Administration -> System page, however it seems that either Asus forgot to enable it before compiling the firmware, or they chose not to because it wasn't ready yet but they forgot to remove it from the changelog.

I´m getting "upnphttp.c:1052: warn: HTTP Connection closed unexpectedly" in media server log every 5 seconds. Any tip?

Sometime movie streaming fails in after some minutes on my tv, i dont know if its related.

Updated RT-AC68U to 9135 and since then it reboot automatically every 2 days. Anyone having that problem?

Yes, I am also having the same issue after updating to this version. Movie streaming fails after few minutes and have to re-connect again.

Hi there,

having the problem that my Asus router is waking my Network printer every hour. Same problem has been described in this Asuswrt-Merlin thread http://www.snbforums.com/threads/378-55-firmware-periodically-waking-up-network-attached-printer.26529/page-2. Assumed there it is probably a problem with the network map service. As mine is a new install (used an AVM router before) I can't tell if this is related to the 378.9135 fw. Does anybody experience similar problems and eventually has got a solution on that?

Thanks

Do not update settings from previous..
I did factory reset the router and reconfigure it. But after 2 days and 20hours problem start again. I lost access to the UI but router still working. (RT-AC68U). I had to reboot the router to get access to the UI again. And also I got lot of message in the logfile:
failed to write /var/lib/misc/dnsmasq.leases: No space left on device (retry in 60s)

It's a bug in recent firmware releases, they fill up RAM with the mDNSNetMonitor debug log.
