I have been struggling with trying to create a VPN server using an Asus RT-N66U on firmware 3.0.0.4.376_1071. After struggling to get it to work for many hours, I still cannot get my Nexus 5/7 to connect to the VPN.
Each time I try to connect to the VPN from one of my devices, I get this in the system log:
Alternately I get this message occasionally:
I really have no idea what to make of this. This whole situation has been very frustrating.
