New Around Here
Hello all, I apologize for being so new to this. I have recently taken my TM-AC1900 and performed the following:

- Downgraded T-mobile firmware to enable telnet
- Changed bootloader to v. 1.0.2.1
- Flashed Merlin v. 376.47

I attempted to flash Merlin v. 380.58 this morning and the router just went into recovery mode. I had to re-flash 376.47 to get it to boot properly.

Am I missing something?

Also, the only way I've found to reset VRAM is to hold the WAN button while plugging in. Attempts to do it in putty (mtd-erase2 nvram) were met with NVRAM invalid command.

Edit: Moved to the proper forum... http://www.snbforums.com/threads/asuswrt-merlin-ac68u-firmware-update-fail.32341/

I think you may need to do an intermediate firmware upgrade first (378.55 if I remember correctly).

Can we move this over to the Asus forum?

Seems to be pretty specific there...
