Change behaviour of Wifi On/Off Button

Currently I have my ASUS RT-AC68U (Using Merlin) set to just have the 2.4GHZ radio on.

When I press the Wifi On/Off button, the 2.4GHZ radio turned off, when I press it On both the 2.4 + 5GHZ radios are turned on.

Is it possible to change the behaviour so that only 1 radio is switched on when pressed, or have the prior state restored?
