Does anybody know about these switches? Are they replacements for the Cisco SG300 switches?

I was reading about the specs and it has an interesting statement:
Additionally, Cisco 350X models provide static Layer 3 routing features. With these capabilities, you can minimize the need to manually configure routing devices and simplify the ongoing operation of the network.
This seems to imply you do not need to configure routing devices. How would this work without a routing protocol?

Is this a lower priced switch over the SG500X switches?

They are full 10gbe switches.
No 10/100/1000 ports at all.

The 350x supports static routes, the 550x supports RIP

Usually the X in a Cisco SG series switch means it's 10GBaseT\SFP+ capable.
