Hello,

since a couple of days I'm using John forks (latest one -v10) on my Asus RT-N66U and I've to say that I love this firmware.
Now I'm playing with some stuff and want to compile a file direct on the router and have this command line:

cd /home/root/OSEmu/; make

(this is the original one "cd /home/pi/OSEmu/;sudo make")

I always get the error that "make" not found. Does anybody know which command is working instead of "make" on AsusWRT? The command "make" is from a "normal" linux system like ubuntu.

Thanks in advance

The router doesn't have a compiler. Even if you were to install one none of the paths would be correct.

The router is very different from Ubuntu.

Thanks for the info. About the paths I know therefore i tried to change them. But without compiler I can't continue this experience, thanks again
