Hi,
I know this is a strange question, but is there a way of disabling the wan port on my router?
I'd like to use my server to ssh in (via the cron) and disable the port every 1 minute with robocft so my (grown up) kids aren't up all night.
The only thing is I'm not sure on which port is my wan port.
Sad I know, but they know how to change their mac addresses and I can't think of a more cunning way ;-)

Thanks in advance,
J

You could just insert an iptables rule to drop all traffic outbound on the wan interface
