Drive tray compatibility

I recently bought 2 TVS-463 NAS units and found the drive trays don't provide good airflow. I was wondering would SP-TS-TRAY-BLACK drive bays (like the ones the TS-453 uses) be compatible in the TVS-463? I imagine they would as they look to be the exact same form factor the only difference in the model number seems to be the color gold to black. I am curious as I like the slots in the plastic of the black ones that provide better airflow than the solid front gold ones.

I would reach out to QNAP support directly - like you, I find it a bit odd that they did what they did with the lineup on the disk-trays...
