DSL-AC68U Keeps enabling OpenVPN client even after deactivating and deleting it

Hi

I created an OpenVPN client in my DSL-AC68U to test,
Then deactivated it and deleted it using Web console.
But surprisingly now after every restart vpnclient keeps starting and connecting to the deleted profile.

It doesn't show me any vpn profile at VPN Clients page, but using ssh i can see config file and everything are still there.

Other than doing a factory reset, do you know how can I remove vpnclient from startup and really delete the profile from router?
