New Around Here
Hi,

I've installed Asuswrt-Merlin on my router, though I'm having issues extending snmpd to handle some new OID's (for f.ex. librenms' distro). I've managed to append to the config (using jffs custom configs/scripts), but it's still not working.

It appears that the current version doesn't support the extend keyword, since re-starting snmpd with logs give me;
"/tmp/snmpd.conf: line 9: Warning: Unknown token: extend.
NET-SNMP version 5.7.2
No pgpgin line in /proc/vmstat
No pgpgout line in /proc/vmstat
No pswpin line in /proc/vmstat
No pswpout line in /proc/vmstat"

Has anyone managed to upgrade snmpd themselves, or perhaps snmpd will be updated to a version containing extend possibilities?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Anton
