I use Google back up and sync on my Mac, and for some reason, the classification pie chart is showing upload traffic to www.googleapis.com as Net Control Packet. The actual IP's are show below as "Google Api(SSL) and have the web surfing color (I wish they were File Transfer).

Any idea why or how to fix or if I even need to worry about the pie chart being incorrect?

if appears that the googleappis.com used 172.217.*.* addresses. If I want to classify all traffic to these addresses, would I put in

172.217.0.0/16

into the FreshFR Remote IP/CIDR column?

Update: this seems to be working.
