New Around Here
Hi all! Right now I have setup a page on my computer that I can access through http://localhost:5000/ and I want to be able to access it through my Android phone (outside not in LAN). I have also done the following port forwarding option on my router:

However I cannot access the page through http://MYIPADDRESS:5000/ on the phone, or http://192.168.0.10:5000/ on the local computer. Additionally I have also allowed the port 5000 on Windows Firewall. However when I check the open port it says 5000 is closed. I'm rather clueless when it comes to this stuff that should be pretty simple. Can anyone help?
Thanks!
(Router is Hitron CGN3)
