Gents,

I'm trying to setup QoS for 3 xboxes in the house that has a ton of streaming, and torrenting going on.

Unfortunately, I am pretty noob to adjusting any settings and how the outcome will affect us in the long run.

I basically want the xbox (gaming packets) to be priority and everything else to slow to a crawl when any xbox is turned on and gaming multiplayer online, NOT STREAMING.

I assume I am setting all this up using the User-Defined QoS Rules?

What do I enter into the "Service Name, Protocol, and Transferred" boxes?

Thanks in advance.

bump for help

bump for help?

Service Name: XBL
Source: MAC Address
Destination Port: Blank
Protocol: ANY
Transferred: Blank
Priority: Highest

Everything else in QoS has been set to lowest.

Then I go into the "Automatic Mode" page to turn QoS "on"

When turning QoS on, I cannot leave the Download box blank.

At this point, I'm just trying to QoS for one Xbox. One step at a time.
