Also I'm from Russia, so prices are higher, and much less options to choose from.

Ram DIMM DDR3, 4ГБ, PC3-10600, 1333МГц, Crucial-Micron 2pcs.
MB ASUS P8H77-I, H77, Socket 1155, DDR3, mini-ITX
Case Fractal Design Node 304, FD-CA-NODE-304-BL
HDD 1ТБ, Western Digital Red, WD10EFRX 2pcs (Raid 1)
HDD 3ТБ, Western Digital Caviar Green, WD30EZRX 2pcs (Raid 0)
Cpu cooling Noctua NH-U9B SE2
PSU ATX Corsair, PSU-550TXM? (also looking into Seasonic SS-350TGM and Seasonic G550 Gold)

All together smth like 1000 $.

Planning to run MS HomeServer, maybe. Don't sure about it now.
And one more question. Will this MB be able to run two separate Raid? 1 and 0?

If you check out the Asus website for this motherboard, you'll see a spec page that specifies the different modes of RAID the motherboard can run. You can only run one type of RAID on any one array:

Support Raid 0, 1, 5, 10
