Hello

how can i setup the RT-N66U that one client doesn t use the tunnel. One Client (IP Adress) should not use the tunnel but should use the normal WAN internet.

The router has a connection as a OpenVPN client to the VPN-provider.

Dual Gateway Sabai

Keep an eye on Sabai Technology. They have indicated that they will be releasing a version of their dual gateway software to run N66U very soon.

It will do what you want.
