Why, when I'm on the wifi, I can't send iMessage ?

All picture was not delivered.

It's only works, when we are on LTE or 3G.

FYI, iMessage use ports : 80, 443 and 5223 (TCP)

Thank's

This is an apple issue, not an RMerlin firmware issue.

Ask in an apple forum instead.

Not 100%, but almost certain. apple performance lately leaves a lot to be desired.

iMessage should work - one thing to try is log out of imessage and facetime, and log back in...

You didn't mention what device and which version of the OS - please to share?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3
iPhone 5S, iOS 8.3
iPad air, iOS8.2
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3

And iMessage work's on another wifi !
At home, my modem is a Arris.

What router and merlin version are you running? I've got iPad and two iPhone 6, Mac Mini and Macbook and no issues using iMessage with my router. Are you using OpenDNS by chance?

Asus RT-AC3200 with Merlin 378.53
I use Google DNS (8.8.8.8)

I think that the problem is more modem Arris
