I have the HTC One and am hoping that it is connecting via the ac network but its difficult to tell.

In the asus router settings, when I switch the 5Ghz signal from 20/40/80, to 20 the phone picks up 86mbps (sitting next to the router). Moving to 40 on its own the signal changes to 200Mbps.

Move to 80 on its own and I still get 200mbps. Why won't it go about 200?

Should I let the router choose the 20/40 or 80 or should I select 80 and leave it there?

I have a 15 meg broadband connection
