That would be a trade secret. Why do you need to know?hello
what type of load balancing algorithm ASUS implemented for RT-AC68U
I am student and I did test with 3:1 and 1:1 and I would write why did test results happen. it can be round robin weighted algorithm. Asus wrote a special algorithm? That would be a trade secret. Why do you need to know?
Maybe or maybe not. ASUS firmware, as with most companies, is proprietary. Methodologies used for particular functions may be known or variations of known. Patent infringement is a serious crime so manufacturers tend to be original.I am student and I did test with 3:1 and 1:1 and I would write why did test results happen. it can be round robin weighted algorithm. I think that's unlikely. That would be a trade secret.
Exactly!I think that's unlikely.
I don't use the current Asus firmware, but on the older "legacy" firmware they were simply using Linux's iproute2 and the next hop & weight parameters. I don't know whether they're still doing that.
Metric or English weights? It's just your general weighted routes, handled by the Linux kernel.
differs on region, UK and US in pounds, elsewhere kg and in China censoredMetric or English weights?
