The Klien is quite good - might consider picking up the toner as well - makes things easier with multiple connections at the keystone jacks, also in a tight switch when tracing things end to end..
 
If you see a tester made in china becareful as they can be inaccurate. See the cops talking about inaccurate breathalysers that show a totally incorrect value. The environment in china is really bad that colour and calibration would be wrong to the rest of the world.

Check the chips used in the product, it can give a lot of information.
 
SFX is right, Klein tools makes some good stuff. Keep in mind, the below-$100 testers test for breaks, shorts, and crossover --they do not validate or qualify cables to pass given speeds (such testers are much more expensive).
