Losing connection when Merlin VPN set to redirect ALL

Weird problem, I have Merlin VPN Redirect Internet traffic configured for policy rules (stict), works fine through VPN. When I change Redirect Internet Traffic to ALL, all my devices lose connection. VPN DNS config is exclusive. I've tried all the obvious combinations but it just won't route when Redirect Internet traffic is set to ALL.

Any ideas?
