New Around Here
Hi.
I'm looking into replacing 4 shared server drives (F:, G:, H:, I: ) with a NAS. The combined space is currently 18TB. we are expanding at the rate of about 5TB per year.
My question is, do I need a NAS "unit" per drive or can one be configured to present the 4 drives? I understand that there are performance and backup considerations and a lot of "YMMV" issues.
I'm just looking for a solution that allows me to just add more HDD's when needed and allocate the space as appropriate.
Thanks
