N66U internet problems

Hello,
i have the RT N66U with the latest Merlin image.
I use the Router as an Accesspoint,the internet connection is very bad.
Anyone have an idea what the problem is?

If it's an access point then it has nothing to do with the Internet connection - you will have to troubleshoot that with your main router, the modem or the ISP.

I use a Notebook and there work all fine,same time i use a ipad and there isnt a internet connection.
How can i stop the NTP update?
in the sys log is this:

Try entering the IP address of an NTP server rather than the current hostname that's there on the Administration -> System page.
