New Around Here
Hi!
I'm new to Asus routers (will get my RT-AC68U today). I have a question related to VPN:
My use-case for this is as follows:
I would like to use my existing subscription to the VPN-service called "privateinternetaccess.com" to be able to watch recorded TV from other countries than the country I live in. I have a Samsung Smart TV, which does not have an easy way to connect to a VPN service. Previously I have had to use a computer to do this. Now I am thinking of if it would be possible to use my new Asus router to create a guest-network and connect that to the OpenVPN client in the router. Would that be possible? If so, the TV could just connect to the guest network instead of the normal (LAN) network and be automatically routed via the pre-defined proxy in the desired country. If this is not possible, would you know of a different way to acheive the same goal?
Thanks,
