Hi
Wondered if anyone can help me regarding a basic VPN set-up. I have a small office set-up and I want to have users tunnel into the office using OpenVPN so they can access servers etc. The configuration I have at the moment is as follows:
I am connecting to the office using a Windows 8.1 machine via a BTHub 4.0.
Progress so far is as follows:
How do you do this in the Netgear M4100 and what settings should I use – I am sure this is simple when you know how?
Thanks
Wondered if anyone can help me regarding a basic VPN set-up. I have a small office set-up and I want to have users tunnel into the office using OpenVPN so they can access servers etc. The configuration I have at the moment is as follows:
- Router: BTHub 3.0
- Switch: Netgear M4100
- VPN on a NAS box: Synology RS815
I am connecting to the office using a Windows 8.1 machine via a BTHub 4.0.
Progress so far is as follows:
- OpenVPN installed on the Synology
- OpenVPN installed on PC
- Ports opened on BTHub 3.0
- Secure VPN link established with the Synology RS815 (IP address 10.8.0.6 assigned to my PC and I can see the connection has been established in the Synology’s log)
How do you do this in the Netgear M4100 and what settings should I use – I am sure this is simple when you know how?
Thanks
