Hey all,

I am currently searching for an alternative to my free crashplan backup service. Crashplan has been great for my backup needs, as well as with my parents (I backup my data to their computer and their data to my computer). With Crashplan shuttering it's free service in a couple of months, I am looking for an alternative.

I had plans of finding an alternative backup software (Duplicati, EaseUS Todo, etc.), and then using Resilio Sync to move the backups to the offsite machines. The problem with Resilio is that it syncs data, so I would have to keep a copy of the backup on the source computer as well, which uses up storage space.

You might look at robocopy on your Windows PC. It only moves the deltas. Create a batch job and schedule it to run.
