I have Plex Server running perfectly on both my QNAP and Windows desktop, but now that I'm trying to run in on my new Synology DS-923+, I've stumbled into this situation:
When I try to add a folder to the media library, Plex only finds the root shared folder, but cannot see any of the folders below it.
For example, my base shared folder is /volume1/Sync. Inside, I have several different media folders, which I want to add manually to the media library. But Plex can only see the base folder /volume1/Sync, and nothing else. As if the subfolders didn't exist.
Any views on how to make Plex see the subfolders? Thank you.
