RBR750 power led stays dim amber

When I plugin the device, the power led flashes temporarily a bright amber but then goes to a very very dim amber, Anybody know a fix? I am using the power adapter included and the adapter worked on another RBR750 I had laying around.

I tried nmrp but its not detecting ethernet. I tried the 30-30-30 reset method to no avail.

IF the 30-30-30 didn't bring it back to life, then this one RBR is probably a gonner.

I ended up connecting via usb-ttl and even that doesn’t seem to fully load. It prints a screen but no matter how many time I try typing a selection nothing inputs in telnet - I’ve tried every pin and confirmed all wires work via a loop test.
