New Around Here
So I've got my Samba Network Place set up through USB 3.0 on the AC3100. I can copy files onto the drive and view the files, watch on the media server, etc. However, if I try to change the file names or delete the files, I am denied due to not having proper permissions. In the GUI, I have R/W access enabled.
The easy fix is that when I "view properties" of the folder or file in Windows, I can uncheck the "read-only" box.
The problem that I'm having is that every time I copy a new file into the drive, it diverts everything back to read-only.
I'm knew to the RT-AC3100. I had this same setup with the RT-AC68U, and I never ran into this problem. Does anyone know of a setting I'm missing in my GUI to get this annoyance straightened out?
