I have serious problem to get the 5G-part to work.
The network is visible, when I scan networks with my phone, but no connection can be made.

What channel and bandwidth is the router using as shown in System Log > Wireless Log ?

Try manually setting the channel to 36.

What different client devices have you tried to connect with.

EDIT: Is your RT-AC66U one of the old models or the newer RT-AC66U_B1 ?

It is the older model, not the B1.
I managed to get it to work, by installing another firmware : 3.0.0.4.382_50470-g033b865.
