Disable the USB 3.0 interference option under WIreless 2.4 GHz -> Professional.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm on a MAC. Installed tuxera NTFS, formatted the drive as NTFS. No luck.

You can format the drive to FAT32 under OS X. It's the "MS-DOS" or similarly named option in disk utility.

Are you plugging it directly into the port, or using an extender cable?

Hello,

Directly into the port.
By the way... the port is working just fine with usb2 devices.
I bought this because I also need usb3 speeds on file sharing. I was not expecting this... :-(
Can you give me some advise on a USB3 2.5'' disk enclosure that is working?
Thanks!

I have an external USB 3.0 hard drive that was working in my Asus AC68U but stopped recently. It's got a 4tb drive formatted ext3 but it always worked and suddenly didn't, it wasn't being detected at all. On a whim I plugged it into my USB 2 port of my Asus and it was suddenly it was detected and working fine. I'm curious what would happen if you plug your device into the USB2 port of your router?
