Speeds drop considerably after a few days of use? Why?

I have a Linksys WUSB6100M connected at its maximum link speed of 433Mbps to an Asus RT-AC87U router running the latest Merlin build (380.62.1) and I've discovered that speeds drop considerably over the course of a few days of use.

A speed test shows that I go from 180Mbps to as low as 30Mbps after a few days of use. Changing the Control Channel seems to make it work at a faster rate again so every few days I have to switch from 161 to 157 or 153 to 149.

Why is this happening? Bug? Is there maybe a setting I have enabled I should look at?

Sounds like something environmental to me...

Many of the CableCo/TV provider wireless video bridges jump around in 5GHz space... and they might not show up in SW like InSSIDer,,,
