Hi,

I'm testing N2200EVO, with 2x2TB WD Red, RAID1, firmware V1.05.00.22.

I installed the USB Backup and USB Copy addon.

My main goal is making backup to USD drive.

For this testing, I'm using USB Flash Disk, San Disk Cruzer Blade 16 GB, NTFS.
In real situation, it should be an external USB HDD with NTFS.

The problem:

The front USB port cannot detect the USB Flashdisk.
I tried to push the USB Copy button at the front panel, but nothing happen.
This is not a big problem because I don't plan to use this feature.

USB port at back can detect the USB Flashdisk.
But everytime I unplug the Flash Disk and replug it again, it will detected as a new name.
At first it will detect as SanDiskCruzerBlade1, the second time will detected as Unknow1, the third time will become Unknow2.
All the name will still shown in the pulldown selection, unless I restart the NAS, then it will be cleared and start from the first detected name again.
This new detected name will cause the USB backup schedule fail to do the backup, because the device name has changed to another name.
USB Backup version is 1.0.1.6.

Even using manual USB backup will make confusion, because I don't know which detected name should be use as target backup. :)

This also happen with USB Copy ver 2.0.2.1.
The detected USB name will also changed everytime unplug and replug the Flash Disk, but the name is /usb3/1, then /usb4/1, then /usb5/1.

Any idea to solve this problem?

Thanks.
