Time scheduling not blocking devices

AX-86U Pro running 388.2.2

I have set-up time scheduling for a device but it still has internet access outside the configured hours.
The time scheduling is set to Time in the ParentalControl.asp view, the hours are configured, enabled and applied.

If I use Block the device cannot access the internet, but prefer for it to be on a timer.

Anyone else had this issue or is using this feature and it's working as expected?

Lastly is there a shell command I can use to check/config this?

Thanks, the device doesn't have a manually assigned IP. But is on the guest network, perhaps that's why the scheduling doesn't work. I've just blocked the device for now.
