Unknown service found on Port 8081 (blackice-icecap)

I use two Asus RT-AC68U routers for my home network. The second is used as an extender. After running a ping on my second router to review which ports I had opened I found an interesting one. Does anyone happen to be familiar with this? Port 8081 (blackice-icecap) It seems to be the port used by the Download Master torrent service that's available under the USB application tab. However a quick review of this port/service online returns a potential threat: https://www.symantec.com/security_response/attacksignatures/detail.jsp?asid=20899

Is this something I should be concerned with?

That port is often used for proxies, or for web services. Try accessing the IP on that port in a web browser, it might give you a clearer picture as to what's on it.
