v.378.55_0: Apply botton not working after Entware & Adblock plus

I have ASUS RT-N66W, Flashed with latest v378.55_0;
Installed Entware & Adblock following web instructions. The Adblock is working now.
But, now the "Apply" button on the Web GUI interface does not work anymore.
Before Entware & Adblock the "Apply" button does work, i.e., click on the "apply" button does nothing. No "update setting" web change. It just stayed on the same page. I can continue to browse through the GUI, as if the "Apply button" was never clicked. The rest of the GUI still works.

I cannot make any changes through the web GUI due to this issue. Need help please.

What browser are you using? Did you try another one?

Tried, IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Also tried to enable split-large-forms in Privoxy configuration but neither has worked so far. The problem seemed to be isolated to the "apply" button only. The rest of the Web GUI still works. Just cannot apply any new changes make.

Would appreciate any further help.

Have you tried a simple reboot of both the router and the computer you use to access it?

I definitely have rebooted both the computer & router more than once. I have tried other computers connected to the same router as well, including an Android phone. Neither worked.
