Using an RT-AX88U
Not a guru. Home network only using a VPN and uploading a conf file. Under VPN Client I currently use two Ips - I use strict and VPN Director (policy rules). I know it works as one device has Ubuntu server with media files and the external IP is not my service providers. Not concerned about IPtables as its for home use so I just use a VPN.
How many IP address can I assign to one (1) OVPN in the director? Lets say two devices a Nvidia Shield and a PC. Would I use OVPN1 for one device and OPVN2 for the second device or can I put both devices under OPVN1?

I haven't tried multiple Ips under one OPVN; thought Id ask
Thanks

You can specify as many IPs as you want for the same OpenVPN client, up to the max limit of entries (199).

You can also specify IP ranges using CIDR notation (e.g., 192.168.1.0/24).

I did read 199 entries in the documentation of the firmware. I assumed one entry one Open VPN client. Common sense says too many OpenVPN clients if I assigned one per IP. Ta
