I am having major WAN problems. I have tried official asus firmware, merlin latest version even tried an older asus release to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Never had a problem with this router and same internet company at my apartment I just moved into my house last week and have had nothing but issues.
 
I have contacted the ISP they say all signals look fine on their side. Even had them swap the modems for me. A simple reboot of the router usually fixes it but its been happening a ton this morning. It goes down for a couple minutes then is right back.
