Hi all, just upgraded ax6000 to 3006 without any issue. Not really a pro here but need some help trying to set up the guest network for IOT. In 3004, I had already setup guest network for iot and restrict access to intranet. I did not create a vlan so I’m not sure if it’s on a separate vlan...

Based on this it sounds like best to keep to latest firmware. But in this instance, is Merlin 3004 or Asus 3006 considered the latest firmware?

Hmm I think I’m getting you but just to be sure, what is the ip of the vlan 100? Is the ip in vlan 10 and vlan 100 the same? I suspect the static ip I assign to the switch is from vlan 10 which has the internet and was hence asked to turn off gateway. We are getting there!

What I meant is that the switch I assign static ip within the lan ip and setting gateway to 0.0.0.0 to prevent “internet” from getting into the switch for security issue.
