The problem is I can remotely get to the router admin screen, but not the NAS server

I'm trying to open up port 5000 on my router so I can remotely access my Synology NAS server. What I assumed would be a quick change to my router is quickly becoming a headache. No matter what I do port 5000 won't show up as open on a port checker website. What ip address should I be...

Yeah, my particular model stopped being supported in 2008, so it's just about time for me to upgrade to a nice fresh N-router. I'm just trying to get this working for another month or two so I can use the money to fill my NAS up with some 3TB harddrives :)

Gave that a quick try, no dice. Broken link. Is there something to need to additionally configure on the NAS or router additionally? Also, tried pointing it to port 80 and I got the router prompt again
