    with consumer equipment you cannot do that with enterprise equipment you can, if you change everything, but i would advice against it the simplest solution would be for you to get better internet package in your main apartment then ubiquity airfiber to transmit the network over to apartment 2...

    1. aimesh > system setting > ethernet backhaul mode > on doing this will force the device to use backhaul all the time releasing the 5ghz wifi for you to connect your device too, you should see hidden wifi coming from your ap after turning on this 2. maybe it a standard compatibility setting...

    get a DDNS, to enable DDNS go to WAN tab enable DDNS, configure your OPEN VPN client profile to the DDNS address instead of WAN IP you might need to extend your connection retry time & retry count, as some DDNS will take a while to refresh and get your new WAN IP everytime you restart your router
