I now have the RT-AX86U but Aimesh doesn't work. I have the newest merlin firmware. If a click ADD at the Aimesh page there is a popup, but it stays empty

Most important thing is that it will work as it is working now for Wifi. The AC86U's will be replaced some day. Upgrading all at the sametime cost a lot of money ;)

The Aimesh routers are 2x RT-AC86U and a XD4 with asus stock firmware The most important thing on the nodes is the Wifi.

Hello, I want to buy a RT-AX86U PRO and upload merlin firmware on it. I can't find if Imesh also will working with this router and Merlin. I want to use this one as the main router. I only found that merlin an imesh only work as node? Does someone know if this will work?
