    Figured it out. It was a rouge DHCP server. I plugged my cable modem (which is in use for Voice services but not internet) into one my switches by mistake. Its off hidden in a corner and only after looking at it that an ethernet cable was plugged in. Gosh.. User error! Thanks for the assist...

    Thanks! Don't have any other routers and my I'm not running a DHCP service anywhere else. Since loaded your latest beta release, some 8 hours ago, and i did a hard reboot, I haven't notice any strange assignments. Fingers crossed it stays this way.     Hi there, My N66u died a couple of months ago and i decided to take the plunge on the 68u. Experienced a fair a amount of disconnects and instability on it and switched over the Merlin's builds. Currently on the 3.0.0.4.374.40_alpha4 which i just loaded. Link speeds seem much better now...
