Just updated to 384.14.2 and the Samsung TV problem switching off and then back on at around three minute intervals returned immediately. Back flashing to 3.83.13 has again fixed the problem. Is there anything I should be looking at to further diagnose this problem?
Both pieces of equipment are connected wirelessly on 2.4 GHz only and we are UK based. This channel is fixed on 11 on both routers and we have a relatively clear neighbourhood of surrounding wifi around us, so interference does not seem to figure in the problem. Thank you for your reply...

That SSID is unmodified, the MAC address is disguised to protect privacy.
Did as you said, but the scan never finishes on the survey page, just an endlessly spinning activity indicator... and, there are no error messages in the console even after waiting for a few minutes. The only lines displayed are:
