Yes set the router back up as if it was new. Looks like it may have got factory reset. After set up reboot the router and gateway and any device that uses it.
Is this a new router ? The page you are seeing wants you to set up the the router for the first time have you done this ? You will also need to power cycle the modem/gateway after any change with what"s hooked up to it.
