    Thank you for your quick reply L&LD. I understand that it is free and have registered with a new name. Hopefully this will be temporary until I can figure out how to get my old one back. Do you have any other thoughts pertaining to my original question? Thanks!

    Hi all, Is there another way to "free" the asuscomm.com DDNS other than using the old router? The router that I just bought last week was found to be defective and ASUS suggested I exchange the router for a new one at the store. So now I have a new router and do not have access to the old one...
