Saw your post on Merlin's thread.
Was that top output when problems started? It's only 4.9% CPU. dnsmasq is at the top at 4.7% which seems unusual. When you run top, are you seeing anything jump up to 50 or 100%?
Your memory usage seems pretty high too, is it always that high?
I see openvpn in there, that's for incoming, or are you routing to a VPN for your internet?
