Hey everyone, Need some assistance is setting up a FTP server on my router (Ax-6000 Rapture) with enabled TLS. Router is running latest stock firmware. Baseline situation is when TLS is disabled, I can access my file list and transfer files without a hitch, using the login credentials Tried...

ROG Rapture GT-AX6000 cuts off wired connections, please help :(

I think you are having a different issue, form what I had. When my router crashed, both PCs had zero network access, and the network cable unplugged icon showed in Windows taskbar. Zero traffic, only Wi-Fi continued working fine. If your wired connection is still working, but degraded, in my...

ROG Rapture GT-AX6000 cuts off wired connections, please help :(

Resolving this issue was extremely frustrating and annoying to say the least, so I will be leaving it as it is, as everything finally works perfectly now. 😁

ROG Rapture GT-AX6000 cuts off wired connections, please help :(

Quick update, that might be useful to anyone else having the same issue. I can with 100% certainty confirm that the problem was caused by the motherboard's integrated NIC. It's extremely weird, because there were zero issues with the exact same hardware, when my router was the AC66U-B1 instead...

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

They do ship, the issue is the astronomical shipping + import costs.

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

Stellar reply! Thank you so much for taking your time to detail everything I needed to know. I will give it a go with the satellite splitter and hope for the best. If it doesn't work out, well I'll beg a friend or acquaintance that is flying back from the US to throw a 2 way MoCa splitter in...

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

What issues should I be aware of, that might be caused by the splitter?

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

Started to piece together some hardware, but I am unable to find 1 in to 2 out MoCa 2.5 splitters in the EU. Can't find local sellers for the Holland stuff or anything mentioning MoCa 2.5 certification. Will 5-2000 or 2450MHz sat tv splitters work, as those are readily available ? The entire...

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

F-644 is very prevalent and pops up often, when searching for these connectors locally. Downloaded the ECB6250 manuals, tech docs, etc. happy to find power supply is indicated as 100 - 240V :)

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

Yup, 240V 50Hz is indeed the grid here. From experience since a good chunk of years, supplied adapters with devices have all been universal with 100 - 250V 50/60Hz capabilities, but of course that should not be taken as a given. Do you have any idea whether the supplied adapters with Actiontec...

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

Thanks for all your help guys, especially degrub :) Will post an update once I setup the network, hopefully there will be no snags since from my understanding this use case is about as straightforward as it can be, with no complicators.

Thinking of deploying a MoCa 2.5 network, what else needs to be done?

Thanks a lot for the info! Feel like I have a grasp on what needs to be done and purchased, will be on the lookout for deals on MoCa 2.5 adapters, as they are quite pricy per unit and I'll need 3. Regarding the splitters, I found these 5-2450MHz units locally, there's no in-depth specs on them...
